1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.
2. Price and payment
Prices are in United States dollars and include any applicable sales tax. Products on this site range from $18.99 to $49.99. Any "compare at" or struck-through price is a former price or the manufacturer's suggested retail price, not a claim that the item sold at that price in every period.
Payment is taken securely on this site. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and card details go directly to Stripe, never to our servers; PayPal payments are completed with PayPal. Your card is authorised when you continue to shipping and charged when you place the order, and an authorisation for an order you do not place is released automatically. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.
If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel at no cost.
3. Delivery and risk
We ship free to the contiguous United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Our shipping policy forms part of these terms.
4. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Faulty, damaged or wrongly sent goods are put right at our cost. The full terms are in our returns policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Using the products safely
- Indoor products are for indoor use; outdoor products must be connected to a protected outdoor circuit.
- Do not connect more sets end to end than the product page states.
- Switch lights off when you leave the house for an extended period or go to bed, unless the product is rated for continuous use.
- Keep packaging away from children, and follow the instructions supplied with the product.
We are not liable for damage caused by use that ignores the instructions, by connecting products to an unsuitable supply, or by modification of a product after delivery.
6. This website
The text, layout and photography on this site are used under licence or owned by Global Swanky LLC. Product photography shows the style of an item rather than the exact unit shipped; the specification tables state what we ship to, and they are the promise you can hold us to.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
